Miso Clinic treatment guides — choosing what fits your skin

The reference library answers “what is this product” and the clinical columns answer “how far does the evidence go”. This is where we answer “so what fits my skin”, in the words we use in the consultation room. All written and reviewed by Dr. Lee Chi-Hak, in Korean and English.

Start from the concern

You do not need to know product names. Find the line that matches what you see in the mirror. Which treatment is best is decided by the state of your skin right now, not by the product.

Comparing products

Pages that answer “A or B, which is better?” Since direct comparisons rarely exist, they tabulate what differs instead of ranking. All comparisons

The rules these guides keep

  • Conclusion first, with the depth of evidence in the same sentence. “Reported / studied / no data” are kept distinct.
  • Korean MFDS approval and overseas clearance are not mixed.
  • Numbers such as sessions and duration are given as ranges, with what they depend on.
  • No testimonials or before-and-after photos as proof of effect. No “best”, “only” or “side-effect-free”.
  • No product is ranked above another. Which treatment is best is decided by the state of your skin, not by the product.
