Miso Clinic treatment comparisons — A and B, what differs

“A or B, which is better?” is the most common question in the consultation room. The honest answer is usually “never compared”. That does not leave you with nothing to go on, so instead of ranking we tabulate what differs. Which treatment is best is decided by the state of your skin, not by the product.

Reading a comparison

  • “Not found” in a table does not mean bad; it means we could not locate it in public sources.
  • Human subject counts measure the amount of evidence, not the size of the effect.
  • Duration cannot be compared between products with different follow-up periods.
  • Boosters compare with boosters and lifting with lifting; a booster and a lift work on different layers and are not rivals. That is a question of order.
