Can Re2O help neck lines?
People say the neck gives away age before the face does. But not all neck lines are the same line. Let us first separate the ones Re2O can help from the ones it cannot.
The short answer
Re2O is a candidate for the fine lines and rough texture that come from thinned neck skin, but not for the deep horizontal bands caused by muscle and repeated folding. Neck skin is thinner than facial skin with fewer oil glands, so supplying material fits the area in principle, but no Re2O study has looked at the neck specifically. Set your expectation at “texture tidier, fine lines less visible”.

Most necks have a mix. So it is not “Re2O for neck lines”; it is “which kind are mine”, sorted by examination.
What Re2O can offer on the neck
Neck skin is thin and dries easily, so fine lines form readily. Supplying material directly fits the area in principle. But no Re2O study has looked at the neck; the 20-person study was on the face. So the honest expectation is not “lines smoothed out” but “texture tidier, fine lines less noticeable”.
The difference from GOURI matters more on the neck
The GOURI manufacturer FAQ recommends the face only and lists neck data as still being collected. Re2O has no neck-specific data either, but hADM has a background of use across many body sites in reconstructive surgery. Even so, Miso Clinic says “there is no data” first, and if the main problem is deep bands or laxity we put other treatments on the table first.

Which treatment is “best” is decided by the state of your skin right now, not by the product. In consultation we look first at what has been lost and what is still there, before we talk about any product name.
Frequently asked questions
How many Re2O sessions for the neck?
No neck study exists, so there is no fixed count. One session and a review after four weeks, as on the face.
Rejuran or Re2O for the neck?
Neither has been compared on the neck. Both avoid a foreign-body reaction, so both suit thin, sensitive neck skin; the difference is supplying material (Re2O) versus changing the environment (Rejuran).
Will the lines disappear?
No. Deep horizontal bands do not smooth out with a booster. Fine lines and texture becoming less noticeable is the realistic expectation.
