The short answer
For pores, texture and fine lines we use dermal Juvelook — i, Skin or Juvelook. Hydration is visible straight away from the hyaluronic acid, and collagen and elastic fibres around the PDLLA firm the dermis over weeks to months. In a 16-patient study fine lines, texture, pigmentation, telangiectasia and redness all improved, and in a 40-patient needle-free study improvement kept rising to 24 weeks. Why they come together
As dermal collagen and elastic fibres decline, pore walls loosen, the surface becomes uneven and fine lines settle in. Rebuilding the dermis moves all three in the right direction together.

What studies show
- 16 patients — fine lines 38%, texture 41%, irregular pigmentation 41%, telangiectasia 31%, redness 26% better (brochure summary); more collagen and elastic fibre on histology.
- Needle-free, 40 patients — GAIS 1.48 → 2.16 at 24 weeks; satisfaction 3.38 → 8.71.
- Aged mice — collagen density, skin thickness and elasticity increased.
Treatment and course
After numbing cream, product goes shallowly into the dermis across the face at many points with fine needles, or evenly by needle-free injector. Skin looks hydrated at once, may look unchanged around weeks two to three, then texture firms steadily.
Studies mostly used two or three sessions about four weeks apart. I start small and decide whether to add after seeing the face again a few weeks later.
