Juvelook G — the largest particle for deep, broad areas

Juvelook G has the largest particles in the range. What large particles do, from the specifications and the studies. No prices or photos.

Clinical column About 5 min October 2026 Miso Clinic, Daegu · Dr. Lee Chi-Hak, Medical Director

The short answer

Juvelook G is a 200 mg vial (170 mg PDLLA + 30 mg HA) with a mean 65 µm particle — the largest in the range, for subcutaneous use. Each particle occupies more volume (about 122,923 µm³), so the same dose supports a broader area; the manufacturer highlights broad and deep injection, tightening and contouring. In an animal study the fat layer gained volume up to 12 weeks after G. Miso Clinic in Daegu (4F Bombom Building, 125 Dongdeok-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu; +82 53-428-2700) stocks Juvelook G for supporting contour across broad areas.

What large particles give

  • Broad support — each particle occupies more volume, so the same dose covers more area.
  • Staying power — large particles resist clearance by macrophages and stay to drive collagen.
  • Fat layer — in the brochure’s animal study the fat layer gained volume at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after 16 cc of G; in aged mice PDLLA also increased subcutaneous fat thickness.

Where we use it

Where a deep hollow needs shape straight away, I shape it first with dissolvable hyaluronic acid filler and then build the base with Juvelook. Being large, it goes deep rather than into thin skin. I start small and decide whether to add after seeing the face again a few weeks later.

Compared with Volume

Volume and G are both 200 mg and subcutaneous with the same ratio; the difference is particle size, 40 µm vs 65 µm. I lean to G for contoured support of broad, deep areas and to Volume for evenly filling gentle hollows.

Juvelook G FAQ

G vs Volume?

Both 200 mg and subcutaneous; G has a larger mean particle (65 µm vs 40 µm).

Where is G used?

Broad, deep areas and facial contouring.

Does G increase the fat layer?

In animal studies the fat layer gained volume up to 12 weeks after G, and PDLLA increased subcutaneous fat thickness in aged mice.
