Everwrinkle in Daegu — what is PharmaResearch’s PLLA collagen booster?
On October 28, 2026, Everwrinkle arrived at Miso Clinic. It is a PLLA product from PharmaResearch, the company behind Rejuran, so many people ask me “Is it like Rejuran?” It is not. The ingredient and the way it works are completely different. Let me start with what it actually is.
The short answer
Everwrinkle is a PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) collagen booster that PharmaResearch launched in July 2025. The vial holds a powder of PLLA, CMC and mannitol. It is mixed with water and placed in the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer, and while the particles slowly break down, your body builds collagen around them. Its approved intended use in Korea is “temporary improvement of moderate to severe nasolabial folds in adults.” It comes in two sizes: Everwrinkle (121.7mg) and Everwrinkle V (243.4mg). We began offering Everwrinkle on October 28, 2026 at Miso Clinic, 4F Bombom Building, 125 Dongdeok-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu (Exit 1, Kyungpook Nat'l Univ. Hospital Station), +82-53-428-2700.
What kind of product is Everwrinkle?
Everwrinkle is a PLLA product from PharmaResearch, the maker of Rejuran and Rejuvial. The company describes it as a “biostimulator,” meaning a product that prompts your body to make its own collagen. It launched in July 2025, and in February 2026 the press reported that cumulative sales in Korea had passed 10,000 units.

How does Everwrinkle work?
PLLA is a biodegradable polymer that has long been used in dissolvable sutures. Placed in the skin as very small particles, it breaks down slowly over several months, and during that time your body wraps the particles in newly made collagen.
So there is an order to it. The volume you see right after treatment is mostly the water that went in with it, and it fades within days to a few weeks. Over the following weeks to months, collagen fills in and the real change appears. This is not like a hyaluronic acid filler, where you get “exactly what was injected, right away,” and I want you to know that before we start.
How is Everwrinkle different from Rejuran?
They come from the same company, but the ingredients differ. Rejuran uses PN (polynucleotides) derived from salmon and works by supporting the skin’s repair environment. Everwrinkle uses PLLA particles to get your body to make collagen.
| Item | Everwrinkle | Rejuran |
|---|---|---|
| Ingredient | PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) | PN (polynucleotides) |
| How it works | Prompts collagen to form around the particles | Improves the skin’s repair environment |
| Concerns it suits | Nasolabial folds, hollowing, loss of firmness | Thin, sensitive skin and skin texture |
| Speed of change | Gradual, over weeks to months | Gradual, building over sessions |
Who is Everwrinkle a good fit for?
- People whose nasolabial folds have deepened but who do not want a filled look
- People whose front cheeks and the area around the folds have hollowed overall and lost firmness
- People who prefer a natural change over several months to a change all at once
On the other hand, if you need a change right away for an event next week, or if deep sagging is the main issue, Everwrinkle is not where we start. In those cases we talk first about hyaluronic acid filler, thread lifting or radiofrequency.
How many studies in people are there?
To be straightforward with you: in October 2026 I could not find any human study on PubMed under the Everwrinkle product name. It is an approved medical device in Korea, but to talk about effect sizes I have to borrow data from other PLLA products.
The data on PLLA itself is fairly solid. In a study that randomized 208 people with nasolabial folds, PLLA reached 89.80% at 4 weeks, similar to hyaluronic acid (92.78%), and at 120 weeks it was 55.56% vs 25.00%, so PLLA lasted longer. Still, PLLA products differ in particles and formulation, so these numbers cannot simply be carried over to Everwrinkle.
How do we use Everwrinkle at Miso Clinic?
- We show you the genuine product box and approval information before treatment
- We first decide whether nasolabial folds, hollowing or skin texture is your main concern
- We set it beside Sculptra (also PLLA) and JUVELOOK (PDLLA) and choose what fits your face
- We judge the result together after 2–3 months, using photos taken under the same conditions
How I divide the work among the three products is in a separate column: Sculptra vs JUVELOOK vs Everwrinkle.
Everwrinkle: frequently asked questions
What is Everwrinkle made of?
It is a powder of PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) with CMC and mannitol. Before treatment it is mixed with water into a suspension and then injected.
Is Everwrinkle a filler or a booster?
In Korea it is approved as a tissue-restoration medical device, and the approved wording is “temporary improvement of nasolabial folds through physical restoration.” Unlike a filler, which fills right away, it changes slowly as collagen builds, so it is usually called a collagen booster.
When do Everwrinkle results show?
The volume right after treatment is mostly water and fades within days to a few weeks. The change from collagen appears over weeks to months. We judge it after 2–3 months.
