The short answer

Why the lines deepen
These lines look deeper mostly because the area beside them hollows or descends. Supporting the surrounding base looks more natural than filling the line alone.

Treatment and course
There is fullness straight away from the hyaluronic acid; around weeks two to three it can look back to baseline as the HA absorbs; then collagen builds support gradually over weeks to months.
If sagging is the main cause, lifting comes first and Juvelook fills what remains. I start small and decide whether to add after seeing the face again a few weeks later.
