BYRYZN · Rejuran · Re2O — how to choose among three skin boosters in Daegu

Most skin booster comparisons line up product names side by side. But the three products do different jobs inside the skin. One places a material that holds water, one creates a recovery environment, and one supplies material directly. The way to choose comes from that difference.

The short answer

BYRYZN, Rejuran and Re2O are chosen not by ranking but by what each does. If you want to address texture and hydration relatively quickly, or start with a reversible material, we consider BYRYZN (cross-linked hyaluronic acid) first; to address the recovery environment of skin that has become thin and reactive, Rejuran (PN); if density has broken down and material itself is needed, Re2O (hADM). No study compares the three directly, and none of them solves a sagging contour or major volume loss.

What do the three products do inside the skin?

None of the three fills volume or lifts sagging. If the cheeks or temples are hollow, fillers or CaHA; if the jawline sags, lifting devices are the direction that fits.

How far does the evidence go?

Three skin boosters — published evidence
ProductEvidenceLimits
BYRYZNPilot naming the product: 20 people · three sessions · 12 weeks; wrinkles about 40% lower at week 8No control group · no data beyond 12 weeks
RejuranReviews and expert consensus literature on the PN class; 2026 literature on HA and PN under the eyesReviews point out the evidence grade and limitations of the PN class as a whole
Re2OSplit-face double-blind randomised trial, 20 people · 20 weeks (control: hyaluronic acid)Exploratory in scale · mainly instrument-measured endpoints

No study has compared the three products directly under the same conditions. So there is no sentence in this column saying “this product works better”. The designs of the evidence also differ, so BYRYZN’s 40% and Re2O’s split-face result cannot be set side by side to rank them.

Which we consider first, by concern

Three skin boosters — choice by concern (clinical judgement)
ConcernConsider firstWhy
Rough texture, inner tightness and dullness; want to feel a change quicklyBYRYZNA water-binding material acts straight away
First booster, and you want a reversible materialBYRYZNCan be broken down with hyaluronidase
Thin, reactive skin; slow recovery after laserRejuranAddresses the recovery environment

Which treatment is right is decided not by the product but by what your skin has lost and what it still has.

Using them together, or deciding the order

The three products are closer to treatments with divided jobs than to competitors. For example, a plan that addresses early hydration with BYRYZN and carries the skin’s own recovery forward with Rejuran or Re2O is possible.

  • We could not find a randomised comparison showing that combining beats a single product
  • Doing several at once makes it impossible to tell what worked, so if there is one cause we start with one
  • Study designs differ by product, so there is no “right number of sessions” — we recommend Rejuran as a course of three to four sessions three to four weeks apart, the BYRYZN study used three sessions two weeks apart, and for Re2O we decide from progress

Summary

What is established

  • BYRYZN = holds water (cross-linked HA) · Rejuran = environment (PN) · Re2O = material (hADM)
  • BYRYZN 20-person pilot (no control group); Re2O 20-person split-face randomised trial
  • Only BYRYZN can be reversed

What we could not find

  • A study comparing the three products directly
  • A randomised comparison showing that combining beats a single product
  • Long-term duration for any of the three products

BYRYZN, Rejuran and Re2O: frequently asked questions

Which is best: BYRYZN, Rejuran or Re2O?

No study has compared the three directly, so there is no basis for naming the best. If hydration and reversibility matter, we consider BYRYZN first; for the recovery environment, Rejuran; for supplying material, Re2O.

How are Rejuran and Re2O different?

Rejuran (PN) creates an environment in which the skin recovers well by itself, while Re2O (hADM) puts in the material that makes up the skin. Their raw materials also differ: DNA from salmonid fish, and donated human skin.

Will skin boosters lift a sagging face?

No. None of the three pulls up a sagging contour or fills lost volume. Sagging is the territory of lifting devices, and volume loss of fillers or CaHA.

Can I have several skin boosters together?

A plan with divided jobs is possible, but we could not find a randomised comparison showing that combining beats a single product. To be able to assess what worked, if there is one cause we start with one.

How many skin booster sessions do I need?

It differs by product. We recommend Rejuran as a course of three to four sessions three to four weeks apart; the BYRYZN study used three sessions two weeks apart; and Re2O has no research-established standard number, so we decide from progress.
