REALLO INJECT FINE (hADM): what are its strengths?
“I have heard of Rituo and CellREDM, but REALLO is new to me.” I hear this in consultations these days. REALLO is in the same hADM class, but it comes as a powder. Here I put together what we discussed at the DEEP Symposium and the manufacturer’s official information.
The short answer
REALLO INJECT FINE is a particulate, freeze-dried acellular dermal matrix (hADM) made by CGBio. It comes as a powder that is mixed with 3–5 cc of hydration fluid just before treatment. Its strengths are: (1) the concentration can be adjusted to the area; (2) it is stored at room temperature (1–30°C) with a shelf life of 5 years from manufacture, so handling is stable; and (3) rather than waiting for collagen to form, it directly supplies the material the skin is built from. However, its official stated purpose is “restoring skin and soft-tissue defects,” and I have not yet found a human study under the REALLO product name. What is REALLO INJECT FINE?
It is human tissue: donated human skin with the cellular components removed and the structure of the dermis kept, then broken into fine pieces and freeze-dried. It is managed as human tissue, not as a drug or medical device. CGBio makes it and DN Company distributes it. It was launched on 1 May 2026.

Strength 1 — the concentration can be adjusted to the area
Unlike products that come pre-mixed, REALLO arrives as a powder and is mixed just before treatment. The official instructions give a range of 3–5 cc of hydration fluid. This means that even with the same box, I can plan it a little thicker for cheeks where the skin is thicker, and thinner for thin areas.
The manufacturer also says the fine-particle design makes it easier to use and widens where it can be applied. At the DEEP Symposium we shared cases on exactly this: how to divide concentration and amount by area.
Strength 2 — storage and handling are stable
REALLO is stored at room temperature (1–30°C) and has a shelf life of 5 years from manufacture. It goes through antibiotic treatment and then terminal irradiation sterilisation. Compared with products that need cold-chain distribution, there are fewer variables from storage conditions. This is something you cannot easily check yourself, so it is something we look after for you.
It is made at CGBio’s Hyangnam factory, and the group holds accreditation from the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). I note that this accreditation applies at group level.
Strength 3 — it supplies material directly
Collagen boosters such as PLLA, PDLLA and CaHA prompt the body to make collagen, and then you wait for that response. hADM starts from a different place: it puts in the collagen and extracellular matrix structure that the dermis is made of, supplying material to dermis that has thinned.

As for research on the same class, a randomised, double-blind trial comparing one side of the face against the other in 20 people, using a different hADM product (Rituo), reported better hydration, pore and elasticity measures than a hyaluronic acid control over 20 weeks. That was not a study of REALLO itself.
How do I divide it with Rituo and CellREDM?
At Miso Clinic we keep three hADM products. No study has compared all three under the same conditions, so I choose by form and area, not by ranking.
- REALLO — when the plan calls for adjusting concentration by area, since it comes as a powder
- Rituo — density and texture over broader areas of the face
- CellREDM — micro-particles of about 75μm, for thin, sensitive areas such as around the eyes
None of the three creates volume. If hollowing is your main concern, we talk first about a CaHA such as DCLASSY or fillers.
What should you know before treatment?
- It is human tissue — before treatment I tell you that it is made from donated human tissue
- Blood donation may be restricted — whether you can donate blood after a human tissue graft follows the relevant rules
- Its official purpose is restoring defects — cosmetic use is at the doctor’s judgement, and there is not yet enough research to promise results
- When I do not treat — during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with infection at the treatment site, or if you are uncomfortable with human tissue
I check the genuine product box and labelling with you before treatment. I decide the next step after seeing how the first session goes, and I do not recommend bundling several sessions from the start.
